Ages 18 and over

Purpose of this clinical study is to learn more about the use of the study, XXX for the treatment of knee pain due to osteoarthritis. The investigational drug is given as a sub-q injection. The study medication has been shown to block certain proteins in the human body that can cause damage to the cartilage, inflammation, or pain. Shown to improve blood circulation in small blood vessels.

Duration:

31 weeks, a 7-week screening period, 6 week treatment period, and an 18-week follow-up. 14 visit duration but could possibly be additional during screening.

Compensation: $75 per completed visit

Procedures:

Pain questionnaires, lab tests, physical exams, X-rays, MRI with contrast, and routine eye exams.
