Observational study of non-hormonal therapies to treat females bothered by vasomotor symptoms i.e. Hot Flashes. Ages 40-75 not taking hormone replacement therapy to treat hot flashes. Study duration is 52 weeks with 4 clinic visits and 4 virtual visits. A device to monitor hot flash activity will require continuous use for 2-4 weeks during the 52 weeks of trial. Compensation provided for clinic visits up to $300.
